Okay I have my blogs where I rant, complain and down-right bitch about stuff. I also have my pointless blogs and my writings. But what do you want to hear about?
What do the people of wordpress care about? I would like to know. So please comment about things you would like me to write about. I shall do my best to make it as entertaining as possible. BBC Skins Cast

This fall we will see the remake of the teen drama 90210 premiere as well as the highly popular Gossip Girl return to the CW Network.  These American TV shows will bring us the usual diet of pre-packaged good looking young people with the teen angst drama story lines that we see repeated for each generation of TV viewers.
 

It is all good.  I have been entertained over the years and have enjoyed some of them.  However, I have recently discovered a show in this teen genre that is a step up from the crowd. It is on the BBC America Channel and it called “Skins.”
 

Now, I have always been a fan of some of the shows on that channel but have never really reviewed any in this genre of television entertainment.
 

The show immediately draws you in because the actors actually look like the 17 years olds they are [...]

All right, time for a blog post. Things have been going GREAT. My movie Who is Clarice 3 that I filmed with the help of my friends back in April has been released and has gotten great reviews by my friends, not so much luck in the real world. But if my friends and family like it then that’s good enough for me. Now everyone want’s to film the LAST movie, the 3rd one was supposed to be the last one but things did not work out and we lost time for the filming of the 3rd so I had to do some tweaking. I left a cliff hanger and everyone hated me for that. (; But now I am writing the plot for the 4th and final movie. Who is Clarice will be solved. Most of you readers have no idea what I am talking [...]

we all have regrets. don’t tell me you don’t because you are not human if you don’t have any. they might be something you want to correct badly or something that you wished you had done something but let it pass because you can’t do anything about it.
but what if you will be given a chance to go back to the past and have the chance to undo it or change it? will you still take that chance? remember, change one thing and it will make a ripple of changes in the future.
so what are your greatest regrets?

In preparation for a few days away over the Labor Day Holiday, here are some quick updates on my life here in paradise.
I actually caught a fleeting glimpse of a couple of sheep hanging out by the farmer’s barn this morning - yippee - they’re ALIVE. I can rest easy now.
You may recall the lawn care nonsense episode the other day where I fired the chemical company in favor of a smaller, cheaper, not-quite-so-chemical company? Well tomorrow I will be firing the lawn mowing guy — the one I wrote so nicely about did me wrong big time today and he will be paying for this massive customer service error by not only losing my business but I will also be making a call to our Better Business Bureau. This little son of a gun went back on his word and is now trying to extort money [...]

I knew ahead of time that taking a new retail job would be challenging for me.  Deep inside the Sweetiegirlz psyche is the desire to be liked, OR at least to not be “disliked” until I do something to hurt someone! 
 
  Some customers don’t see it that way! 
 This woman came in today for gas.  As she handed me her card to pay for the gas, she said,  “60.00 dollars on pump 4″ 
 
  And as per Sweetiegirlz’s habit to check and recheck numbers, I said,  “pump 4?”  (once we program a pump, we CANNOT turn it off, so I always repeat what I’m told and no one EVER gets mad–
 
until her.)
 
  She said in the snottiest sarcastic tone I’ve ever heard from a stranger, “THAT’S WHAT I SAID!” 
 
 and then she turns her back to me and crosses her arms. 
 
 (hello?  Did I by any chance piss you off in another life???)

Yes, I wrote this. I know this makes me sound like an egomaniac, but I don’t really like anyone’s poetry but mine. I mean, some of it’s really good, don’t get me wrong, and I wish I could write half as good as some of the poetry I’ve read, or lyrics I’ve heard. I write my emotions, though, and so, I really like music I can connect with… but poetry, unless read, I dunno. It doesn’t click the same…
Not that I think I’m a prodigy or anything. Haha.

What do you do when you’ve forgotten your Ordnance Survey map? Well if you’re using a Cal Mac ferry to shuttle you out to one of the Small Isles you simply sketch your own map from the O.S. Map pinned to the wall in the canteen. It’s rather fun and quite satisfying.
We had a chart of the area but realised we hadn’t brought the O.S. map with us… Andy decided he wanted to be a ‘convict’…

 I have read somewhere that we cannot have everything we want. Somehow, we have to make a choice and decide what is best for us. Why can’t we have the best of both worlds?
There are people who seem to go through life nonchalantly as if everything will fall into place. Have they ever stayed up late at night, thinking about what awaits them tomorrow? Have they asked themselves if they are on the right course in their career,  in their family, or in their relationship with their partner? Have they questioned the accuracy of their decision at all?
I envy the blitheness of these people sometimes; I wish that kind of attitude for myself. This immortal brooding over matters that have yet to happen has to end. For a while. Maybe then, I can allow myself to breathe again.
